Dance fever at festival

The Kapiti Dance Festival drew good crowds of spectators and dancers to the Waikanae Memorial Hall on Saturday. Dancers, from very young to the silver haired, glided, turned and strutted through ballroom and Latin dance heats in suits and ties and flowing extravagant dresses. Organisers said the spectator turnout was unusually strong.
